Company in Plumsteadville PA is Seeking Production Operators on Day & Night Shift!

Shift Structure:

Day Shift:

4:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

Night Shift:

4:00 PM - 4:00 AM (Monday-Friday) Many opportunities for overtime, with frequent 60-hour work weeks available $20-22/

HR Key Responsibilities:

Operate milling and processing equipment per work instructions Set up, clean, and prepare equipment for production runs Handle raw materials and finished goods (including super sacks, drums, and bags) Monitor processing parameters and adjust as needed to meet specifications Perform basic in-process quality checks and assist with particle size testing Complete production documentation accurately (batch records, logs, etc.) Train and operate in full compliance with all company quality systems and safety requirements (including GMPs/SQF where applicable) Follow all safety, quality, and facility procedures at all times Assist with general housekeeping and organization of the production area Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
