We are seeking a dependable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our operations team and field technicians. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in keeping our technicians and installers equipped with the materials they need to provide exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Receive, load, unload, and organize HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment and materials Deliver parts, tools, and supplies to service technicians and installers in the field Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy Assist with staging equipment and materials for upcoming installations Track inventory and materials using company software Coordinate material requests and replenishment needs Assist with shipping, receiving, and vendor deliveries Support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical departments with warehouse operations Safely operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment as needed Qualifications Prior warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred Experience working for an HVAC, plumbing, or electrical contractor is a plus Experience using ServiceTitan and/or PLY software is highly preferred Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials safely Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable using technology and inventory management systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Competitive pay Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Vacation Time Paid Personal Time Opportunity for growth and advancement Stable, year-round employment Supportive team environment About Christian Home Services Christian Home Services is a trusted residential Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical contractor headquartered in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
