We're proud to foster an inclusive environment driving innovation and excellence, and we welcome you to join us on our mission to shape the future of clinical development. 2nd Shift - 3:30 pm -11:30 PM We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician II to support warehouse and logistics operations within a fast-paced clinical supply environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, inventory management, and shipment of materials while maintaining compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting supply chain operations by managing incoming materials, coordinating shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to continuous process improvement. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Technician II, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Warehouse Operations Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and warehouse stock. Process material receipts and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Manage clinical site drug returns and sample inventory. Maintain warehouse organization and ensure materials are stored according to established procedures. Support controlled substance handling activities and serve as a backup resource when required. Inventory Management Conduct routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Perform inventory replenishment activities and monitor stock levels. Update inventory parameters, including minimum and maximum stock levels. Process excess and obsolete inventory transactions. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to ensure system accuracy. Shipping & Logistics Coordinate shipping and transportation activities for internal and external customers. Prepare shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and materials for transport. Schedule freight carriers and ensure timely shipment delivery. Monitor transportation activities and resolve shipping-related issues as they arise. Compliance & Documentation Author and support investigation documentation, including Notices of Event (NOEs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and Change Controls. Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed. Ensure all warehouse operations comply with applicable company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audits and inspections. Continuous Improvement Identify operational improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance. Troubleshoot warehouse, inventory, and logistics issues. Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and operational teams to support business objectives. Anticipate downstream impacts of activities and proactively engage appropriate stakeholders to ensure successful execution Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of experience of related experience Candidates without a degree should possess at least 6 years of professional experience.
