Box Loader/Unloader

White Haven, PA | Full-Time | Performance-Based Pay Looking for a physically active job where your hard work pays off? Join our team as a Box Loader/Unloader and earn based on your productivity. We're seeking reliable, motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in getting the job done right. What You'll Do Loading Responsibilities Hand-load boxes from conveyor belts into trailers Scan packages using a handheld scanner Move cages between staging areas and loading zones Load trailers safely, accurately, and efficiently Unloading Responsibilities Unload floor-loaded trailers onto conveyor belts Scan packages during the unloading process Sort boxes into designated cages and staging areas This role requires consistent physical activity and is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team. Compensation Performance-Based Pay Earn approximately $200

250 per day Average earnings of $16
25+ per hour Paid based on cases loaded and unloaded The more productive you are, the more you can earn High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings through effort and efficiency. Schedule 1st Shift Sunday
Wednesday 7:00 AM
5:30 PM Some shifts may end earlier depending on workload Overtime available as needed Qualifications Strong attendance and punctuality required Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a drug screening Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 5-50 lbs.
