Responsibilities Loading Load boxes from conveyor belts into trailers by hand Use handheld scanners to accurately track packages Move and position cages within designated staging areas Build safe, organized, and efficient trailer loads Unloading Remove boxes from inbound trailers and place them on conveyor belts Scan packages during the unloading process Sort products into assigned cages and locations This position involves continuous movement, lifting, and teamwork in a warehouse setting. Earnings & Compensation Performance-Based Pay Structure Average daily earnings: $200

• 250 Typical hourly equivalent: $16
• 25+ per hour Compensation is based on productivity and volume completed Opportunity to increase earnings through strong performance Your hard work and efficiency are recognized and rewarded. Work Schedule 1st Shift Sunday through Wednesday 7:00 PM
