Warehouse Associate

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a Warehouse Associate - Sorter in Woodland, PA . This role is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The Warehouse Associate - Sorter will be responsible for accurately hand-sorting Break Pack containers and boxes based on quality standards determined through visual inspection. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in safe work habits, steady production, and keeping the work area clean and organized throughout the shift.

The Day-to-Day:

Hand-sort Break Pack containers and boxes accurately and efficiently based on quality standards. Perform visual inspections to determine whether materials meet required guidelines. Help meet daily quality and production goals. Reclaim customer-owned products and materials as needed. Follow all company safety behaviors, processes, and procedures. Maintain sanitation standards using "Clean as You Go" practices. Keep the work area organized through regular housekeeping. Use a pallet jack to move materials when needed. Assist with additional duties assigned by site leadership.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. consistently throughout the shift. Familiarity with using a pallet jack. Comfortable working in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment. Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but not required. May be required to operate a forklift safely and efficiently, with training and certification provided. Must be able to follow safety procedures and quality expectations at all times.

Pay Rate:

$17.50 per hour

Schedule:

Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 5:00 AM to 5:30
