Responsibilities Use a hand-held barcode scanner to log inventory movements and maintain organized, accurate records Conduct cycle counts and reconcile physical counts against system data Transport materials throughout the warehouse and record movements with the barcode scanner and by entering information into a computer. Deliver components to production areas and move completed goods to storage areas. Pack and load boxes or pallets safely, following weight and stacking guidelines Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, escalating larger variances to your supervisor Stock and arrange products on shelves and pallets Maintain and reorder shipping supplies as needed Flag fulfillment issues, count discrepancies, or safety concerns to management promptly Take part in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving accuracy and efficiency Build strong working relationships with teammates and other departments to keep materials flowing smoothly Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree a plus 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control role preferred Comfortable with basic math and computer/data entry tasks Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clear communication skills across all levels of the organization Able to follow instructions and adapt in a fast-paced environment Able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Able to perform repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, and occasional climbing Nice to Have Prior leadership or lead-hand experience Hands-on experience as a material handler or cycle counter Familiarity with warehouse management systems or ERP systems Experience using a handheld barcode scanner
