Role:

• Manage shipment exceptions for materials arriving to the dock and working with Supply Chain Operations and the suppliers to identify, log, track, and resolve those issues.
• Understand labeling specifications and their relation to ASN submissions in SAP.
• Involved directly in corrective action activities including email communications, leading meetings, auditing shipments, etc.
• This position will require a high level of both verbal and written communication in order to be able to accurately communicate existing processes and areas of opportunity. This will require understanding of both standard work process and SAP system process.
• Issue cycle counts and review/action the results as needed.
• Verify part status (current vs obsolete) in annual year end obsolescence purge.
• Highschool diploma required, college degree preferred

Hours will be : 40 hours a week Monday-Thursday 4 / 10 hour days

• 6:30 am
• 5:00 pm
• with the possibility of overtime happening on Friday or Saturday's depending on business needs.
