Job Description

We are a small property management company looking for someone to work through the fall doing simple tasks on our rental properties. Weeding, cleaning dryer vents, pressure washing buildings, etc. No extensive plumbing or electrical experience required. We want a self-starter who can be given a list of tasks and work without supervision. Possibility of becoming a permanent position. Salary will be $800/wk for 40 hours paid bi-monthly. Mileage reimbursement weekly. Must have a car, license and insurance. Please call Susann at 262-241-9101
