General Laborer

Job Overview Prime Tech Cabinets is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver - Loader/Unloader to support daily delivery operations. This role is ideal for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while transporting products, loading and unloading materials, and ensuring customer deliveries are completed accurately and on time. Duties Load and unload cabinets, materials, and components safely and efficiently. Review plans, inventory sheets, and delivery paperwork to ensure all required items are loaded prior to departure. Verify delivery orders for accuracy before leaving the facility. Secure products properly for transportation using tie-downs, ropes, straps, cleats, and other required equipment. Operate a 16' box truck safely while following all traffic laws and company procedures. Deliver products to customer job sites in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with job site personnel regarding unloading locations, access routes, and delivery requirements. Complete delivery paperwork and required documentation accurately. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery trucks and loading areas. Support warehouse and delivery operations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record required. Minimum of 2 years of delivery driving experience preferred. Experience operating trucks any other vehicles safely and comfortably. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 pounds or more regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to follow directions, delivery schedules, and loading procedures. Professional communication and customer service skills. Reliable, accountable, and dependable work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be motivated, professional, and take pride in quality work. Ability and willingness to travel throughout Prime Tech Cabinets' Southern California service area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego counties as needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful but not required. Work Schedule Full Time Attributes Needed to be Successful Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance and reliability. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet delivery schedules and deadlines. Able to work independently while remaining a cooperative and supportive team player. Accountable and takes pride in maintaining delivery accuracy, vehicle condition, and overall work quality. Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing job site conditions and delivery priorities. Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. Comfortable driving extended routes throughout Southern California, including multi-county delivery assignments as part of regular job duties.
