Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Property Services Technician / Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repair work, including flooring installation, light plumbing, basic electrical, landscaping, cleaning, and forklift operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and functional environments. This position will require 35 to 40 hours per week of commitment, hours worked are slightly flexible. ⸻

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and maintenance on buildings and equipment Operate a forklift safely to move and organize materials, inventory and maintain warehouse, oversee installations and installers Complete complete with flooring installation and minor flooring repairs Handle light plumbing tasks (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing fixtures) Perform basic electrical work (e.g., replacing outlets, light fixtures) Maintain outdoor spaces with occasional landscaping and yard work Conduct routine cleaning and upkeep of facilities, workspaces, and equipment Inspect properties to identify and report issues needing attention, run lockboxes and signs Assist with special projects and seasonal maintenance tasks as needed Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment ⸻

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems Flooring installation experience Experience with flooring installation and light carpentry preferred Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Own the tools required for handyman jobs, have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
