We are seeking a high-energy and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team at Excelta. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products. Your contributions will directly impact our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.KEY COLLABORATORS
Warehouse Quality ManufacturingKEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring compliance with company guidelines Utilize ERP to maintain accurate inventory levels and manage stock locations Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and resolve any issues that may arise Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and quality Efficiently organize and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse Prepare materials for production by gathering and staging necessary components Perform regular cycle counts and assist in annual physical inventory counts Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe working environmentOther Duties:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills, including familiarity with ERP systemsExperience:
2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) Experience with inventory management software Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsSoft Skills and Cultural Fit:
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision. Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement Adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced work conditionsTRAITS, ATTRIBUTES & COMPETENCIES

Tools Work Location:
100% onsite Hybrid (home/onsite) 100% remoteWork Schedule:
40 hours / week Monday•Friday Physical Conditions of Employment:
Sitting, standing and/or walking 80-90% time Kneel, crouch, reach, climb, walk, constant use of hands Speak, hear, read, write in English Constant use of computer, keyboard and mouse Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. on regular basisTools Utilized:
Personal computer and software systems such as ERP SysPro, Microsoft Office suite, etc.Standard office equipment:
telephone, copier/scanner, and others as required. Inspection tools, micrometers, Calipers, vision inspecting systems.Environmental Conditions of employment:
