Job Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. In this role, you will help support daily warehouse operations by organizing products, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. No previous warehouse experience is required — we provide paid training and hands-on support to help you feel confident and successful in your new role. This position is ideal for anyone looking to begin a career, return to the workforce, or gain valuable job experience in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Receive, sort, and organize incoming products and packages Prepare items for shipping, packing, and delivery Load and unload products safely and carefully Label boxes and packages accurately Scan items using company-provided equipment Keep shelves, storage areas, and workstations organized Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment Follow simple workplace safety procedures and guidelines Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Report damaged or missing items to supervisors Attend training sessions and follow instructions provided by management Skills Dependable and punctual Willingness to learn and take direction Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Good communication skills Basic attention to detail Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to follow safety rules and workplace procedures Comfortable standing, walking, and moving items during shifts within workplace guidelines No experience required — all training and support will be provided
