Job Summary We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Package Associates. In this role, you will help support daily warehouse operations by handling packages, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are new to the workforce or looking to start a career in warehousing and logistics. Responsibilities Receive, sort, and organize packages in designated areas Prepare packages for shipment by labeling and staging them correctly Load and unload packages safely and efficiently Inspect packages for visible damage and report any concerns to a supervisor Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Follow workplace safety guidelines and company procedures Assist team members with daily warehouse tasks as needed Skills Reliability and a strong attendance record Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Good communication and teamwork skills Basic organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
