In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through various warehouse functions, including order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, stocking, and inventory management. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to efficiently move and organize products within the warehouse. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picker equipment and RF scanning technology. Load and unload shipments safely using appropriate equipment, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of goods. Maintain accurate inventory levels by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and updating the warehouse management system (WMS). Assist with shipping & receiving processes, verifying shipment accuracy and documenting all movements in AS400 or MRP systems. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing products for efficient order picking and packaging. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations, including proper use of equipment like pallet jacks and load/unload procedures. Requirements Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential! Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely; certification is a plus. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or MRP software is advantageous. Strong basic math skills for counting inventory and processing orders accurately. Experience with shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, picking & packing, and stock management. Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency.
