This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, shipping documents, and safety procedures. Willingness to complete company-sponsored warehouse, safety, and equipment training programs. Experience Requirements Minimum 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience. Minimum 1 year of forklift experience with current forklift certification required. Previous experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Flooring industry experience preferred, including handling, cutting, or preparing flooring materials. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required. Physical Capabilities Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the workday. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, climb, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods. Ability to accurately use measuring devices, hand tools, and cutting tools. Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Ability to work overtime as needed and perform tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Commitment to following all PPE, safety, and warehouse operating procedures. Job Duties Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Load, unload, move, stage, and organize inventory within the warehouse. Pick, pack, process, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Cut flooring materials and package required installation accessories according to order specifications. Assemble and produce floating floor systems while maintaining quality standards. Label, stock, and store products on racks, shelves, and pallets using inventory procedures. Communicate inventory discrepancies or order changes to the Warehouse Supervisor.
