Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Picker/Freight for an established manufacturing and distribution company in Fountain Inn, South Carolina! This position is a first shift, Monday to Friday and offers a starting pay of $16 per hour .The Warehouse Associate will support both order selection and freight operations, including material handling by forklift.

Warehouse Associate Job Responsibilities:
Pick and fill customer orders accurately using sales orders and established warehouse procedures. Operate a forklift to load and unload inbound and outbound freight and move materials throughout the facility. Unload, stage, identify, and process incoming materials for receiving. Label, store, organize, and retrieve products according to material type and assigned location. Pack and prepare products, including hazardous materials when applicable, for shipment according to procedures and safety standards. Use radio-frequency scanners and the inventory control system to record material movement accurately. Support cycle counts, inventory accuracy, daily housekeeping, and 5S activities. Complete assigned work safely, accurately, and on time while assisting other warehouse functions as needed. Remain flexible for overtime as business needs require, including occasional late truck arrivals.
Warehouse Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous forklift operating experience is required. Previous warehouse, order picking, order selector, freight, shipping, or receiving experience High school diploma or GED Experience with inventory systems such as SAP and radio-frequency scanners is preferred. Hazardous materials handling experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work safely, follow procedures, and adapt to changing warehouse priorities.
