Warehouse Associate

Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport products safely within the warehouse. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track stock levels accurately. Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using order pickers and RF scanners to ensure timely order fulfillment. Prepare shipments by boxing, labeling, and securing products with proper packaging materials for safe delivery. Receive incoming shipments by verifying contents against shipping documents, inspecting for damages, and updating stock records. Stock shelves and storage areas systematically to optimize space utilization and facilitate easy access for order picking. Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with shipping & receiving teams to meet delivery deadlines. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) software. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and inventory control methods. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in stock management and order fulfillment. Good physical stamina for lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and performing load & unload tasks safely.
