This position is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting and performing physical tasks throughout the workday. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition of items. Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for customer delivery or transfer. Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory throughout the warehouse. Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, including frequent mounting and dismounting. Maintain warehouse cleanliness by sweeping, removing trash, and organizing materials. Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders. Ensure products are properly labeled and stored according to company standards. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE and equipment. Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalency. 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred. Ability to pass all required safety training, background checks, and drug screening. Valid South Carolina Driver's License with a clean driving record. Forklift certification is a plus. Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable with strong attention to detail. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions (heat, cold, dust, and noise). Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and climbing. Ability to frequently mount and dismount forklifts and other equipment. Manual dexterity sufficient to handle tools, materials, and small parts safely and efficiently.
