Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to daily tasks. This position offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our supply chain processes and ensure timely delivery of products to our customers. Responsibilities Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately. Prepare and process orders through picking, packing, and order fulfillment procedures utilizing RF scanners and order pickers. Load and unload shipments efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate data entry related to shipping logistics, receiving documentation, and stock movements. Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipment contents, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Organize warehouse space through stocking, shelving, and proper storage techniques to optimize workflow. Collaborate with team members on warehouse distribution tasks, including load planning and international trade regulation compliance. Assist in maintaining safety standards by keeping the workspace clean and reporting hazards promptly. Use ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software for order processing, inventory updates, and reporting. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal requests promptly and professionally. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory management software, ERP systems (such as AS400), and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing, and international trade regulations. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and data entry accuracy. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions. Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
