3K Hauling is an expanding transportation and freight services company seeking a reliable and hardworking Loader to support our logistics operations. This position is essential to maintaining efficient freight movement by ensuring shipments, equipment, and materials are handled safely, accurately, and on schedule. We are looking for a dedicated team member who values safety, takes pride in their work, and performs well in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load, unload, move, and organize freight, equipment, and materials between trucks, trailers, and storage locations Arrange and stack cargo properly to maximize space, improve workflow, and ensure safe handling Secure freight and shipments according to company procedures to help prevent damage during transportation Verify incoming and outgoing loads, identify discrepancies, and report damaged or missing items Assist drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members with daily loading, unloading, and material handling tasks Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while following workplace safety standards Follow operational procedures, company policies, and all required safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle materials weighing 50-75 lbs Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Ability to work in outdoor conditions and adapt to changing weather situations Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, freight handling, or other physically demanding roles is preferred but not required
