Job Description
Company Overview Kayak Distribution manages a diverse portfolio of kayak and accessory brands, with products sold in markets around the world. The company is focused on growth, innovation, and global expansion. Position We are seeking an energetic Warehouse Associate to assist with day-to-day operations, including receiving, inventory management, order preparation, shipping, and basic customer service supports. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize inbound shipments; stock inventory in assigned bin locations Pick, pack, and stage orders for accurate, on-time shipments Build and wrap pallets, print shipping labels, and stage freight for carrier pickup Perform cycle counts and inventory scans; report damaged or missing items Respond to basic customer inquiries (order status, shipping updates) and escalate complex issues Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Support teammates and follow direction from the Warehouse Manager What You Will Need Ability to lift and move heavy items (pallets, boxes, kayaks) Basic computer skills; comfortable learning inventory/order systems Strong attention to detail and good communication Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to multitask
