Temp to Hire Job Description We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Loader/Material Handler to join our team in Piedmont, SC. This position involves handling and moving materials, operating machinery, and performing heavy lifting tasks in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate must be physically fit and able to lift between 55-75 pounds continuously throughout the workday. Responsibilities Load and unload materials, including tires, using appropriate machinery and manual labor. Move and organize materials within the warehouse efficiently and safely. Operate warehouse equipment and machines as needed. Perform heavy lifting tasks consistently, ensuring proper lifting techniques to avoid injury. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and company policies. Qualifications Ability to lift 55-75 pounds continuously throughout the shift. Experience with warehouse work and material handling preferred. Familiarity with operating warehouse machinery is a plus. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a temp to hire position. Once hired on permanently, a full benefits package will be offered.
