Warehouse Associate Ridgeland, SC From $18 an hour - Temporary, Full-time From $18 an hour - Temporary, Full-time We are a growing manufacturer and supplier of engineered equipment for the municipal and industrial water/wastewater treatment industry. Our warehouse plays a critical role in supporting fabrication, assembly, and shipment of specialized components to projects across North America. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations and help keep projects moving on schedule. Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, staging, and shipping materials and equipment. This role supports both production and project fulfillment and requires someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed) Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment Package materials securely for freight and LTL shipments Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with inventory counts and basic inventory tracking Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to meet shipment deadlines Perform basic assembly or kitting of components as needed Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to obtain certification) Basic computer skills (email, inventory systems, spreadsheets a plus) Strong attention to detail and organization Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:
$18.00 per hour , with increases based on experience, performance, and skill development
Overtime Pay:
Available as required by project and shipping schedules
