Full-Time $20.00 per year Job Description IntelliSource invites you to join our team as a Material Handler in Ridgeville, SC! Are you dependable, efficient, and ready to dive into a hands-on role with a dynamic and growing company? The Material Handler Associate will ensure the efficient movement and processing of materials to support production goals, facilitate the timely receipt of raw materials, and prepare finished goods for shipment, working collaboratively within specific safety and quality guidelines.

Schedule:

We need someone who can complete training Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. After training, the schedule will be 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, working either Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, with alternating Wednesdays. Pay - $21.50/hour Responsibilities will include: Efficiently move materials within the dock space and the warehouse on wheels, to production areas, and onto vehicles using pallet jacks and forklifts. Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records, ensuring materials are logged and tracked. Keep the storage areas organized, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment in line with company standards and safety regulations. Dispatch goods, verify shipments, and prepare items for shipment, contributing to the smooth operation of the supply chain. Receive inbound shipments of raw materials, maintenance parts, and engineering equipment from suppliers Follow established material flow strategies to improve operational efficiency and minimize downtime. Support and model quality control practices to ensure materials meet production and safety standards. Foster a culture of safety and compliance, with a strong focus on the safe use of production and material-handling equipment.

Desired Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred. Experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred Familiarity with hazardous material handling practices. Experience working in required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety shoes, hard hats, disposable coveralls, and Powered Air-Purifying Respirators (PAPRs) Basic computer skills and comfort using systems such as HMIs, tablets, or inventory and production tracking software Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and quality standards Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, continuously operating environment Willingness to learn new processes, equipment, and technologies through on-the-job training Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and provide clear updates or feedback as needed. Reliable and dependable, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, or overtime as needed. A passion for sustainability and making the world a better place!
