Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our overnight team. In this role, you will play a key part in receiving, sorting, and staging fresh produce — including apples, oranges, bananas, and more — to ensure our delivery routes are ready to roll each morning.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and unload incoming produce shipments during overnight hours Sort, inspect, and organize product by type, size, and freshness Stage and load outgoing delivery orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Monitor cold storage temperatures and report any concerns to a supervisor Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Communicate effectively with team members and shift supervisors

Requirements:

Ability to work overnight shifts consistently, including weekends and holidays as needed Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Previous warehouse, logistics, or produce experience preferred but not required Forklift certification a plus
