Material Handler About the Opportunity HTI is hiring experienced Material Handlers for a global packaging manufacturer. In this role, you will support warehouse and logistics operations by safely moving materials, managing inventory, and ensuring products are shipped accurately and efficiently. 1st shift: 7a-3p 2nd shift: 3p-11p 3rd shift: 11p-7a What You'll Need Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling required. Current forklift certification/license with sit-down forklift experience preferred. Experience operating RF scanners, barcoding systems, and warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills and confidence using warehouse technology. Problem-solving skills with a reliable, team-focused attitude. What You'll Do Operate sit-down high-reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently. Load and unload trucks while ensuring accurate product handling. Pick, pack, and dispatch orders using FIFO inventory practices. Maintain accurate inventory and stock records. Support warehouse organization and ensure work areas remain clean and safe. Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and minimize downtime. Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards.
