Position Summary The LTL Shipping & Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for preparing and processing outgoing Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments. This includes picking parts, building and securing pallets, preparing Bills of Lading (BOLs), and completing other required shipping documentation. When LTL shipping duties are complete, this position will assist with general warehouse operations and other assigned duties. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Process outgoing LTL shipments accurately and efficiently. Pick and stage parts and materials for shipment. Build, wrap, label, and secure pallets for transportation. Prepare Bills of Lading and other shipping documentation. Verify shipment contents, quantities, and shipping information. Coordinate with warehouse and shipping personnel to ensure orders are ready for pickup. Load and unload freight as needed. Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment as authorized. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and shipping area. Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory movement, and other general warehouse duties when LTL responsibilities are complete. Follow all company safety procedures and shipping requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, or LTL experience preferred. Ability to read and complete shipping documents accurately. Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse/shipping systems. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials. Forklift certification or prior forklift experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to safely lift and move materials and packages as required. Ability to work in a warehouse environment and safely operate or work around material-handling equipment.
