Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Associate - Material Handler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient movement, storage, sampling, loading, and unloading of raw materials, finished products, and hazardous chemicals. The position supports manufacturing operations through inventory control, material transfers, laboratory sampling, and logistics coordination, while maintaining compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth operations, uphold safety standards, and contribute to continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment. This is a day shift role and this position works 4, 10 hour days, which includes 1 weekend day. Responsibilities Material Handling and Logistics Safely move tanker trailers and equipment utilizing approved yard equipment Load and unload inbound and outbound chemical shipments Verify material identity, quantities, and documentation Inventory Management and Documentation Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions Perform cycle counts and inventory verification activities Complete shipping, receiving, and transfer documentation Sampling and Quality Support Collect inbound and outbound samples Perform basic laboratory analyses and record results Report quality concerns and discrepancies Safety, Environmental Compliance and Housekeeping Follow OSHA, DOT, RCRA, EPA, and company requirements Utilize required PPE and safe work practices Maintain clean and orderly work areas Operations Support and Continuous Improvement Support operators with material transfers and production activities Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and reliability Participate in training and operational improvement initiatives Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications Chemical manufacturing experience Forklift and yard truck experience Hazardous materials handling experience Experience with inventory management systems Basic laboratory sampling and testing experience Join us as a vital part of our manufacturing team where your skills will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality chemical products safely and efficiently. Pay:
