Job Description

Job Overview Individual will work with other team members in a fun and busy work environment while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate flatbed trucks, towing trailers to deliver products to customers' locations, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards. Load, unload, and organize materials using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any maintenance needs promptly. Manage warehouse tasks including inventory movement, order picking, packing, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Use mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication with team members. Load and unload shipments efficiently while practicing safe lifting practices and heavy lifting techniques. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries by addressing questions professionally and ensuring a positive experience. Skills Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse operations and material handling equipment operation. Valid driver's license with clean driving history. Delivery driver experience with a strong understanding of route driving, load securing, and adhering to traffic laws. Skilled in manual handling, moving heavy items safely, and applying safe lifting practices in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of DOT regulations related to weight handling in the workplace and safe driving practices for courier roles. Ability to operate mobile devices for navigation, delivery tracking, and communication purposes effectively. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude during all interactions with clients. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
