Job Description

Starting Pay:
$18.50/hour | Monday-Friday Day Shift | 7:00 AM Start Earn more based on your performance: All new hires receive a formal 90-day evaluation. Employees who are meeting or exceeding expectations may be eligible for an additional $1.00-$1.50/hour based on attendance, safety, training completion, productivity, teamwork, and reliability.
Quarterly Bonus Opportunity:
This position is also eligible for our team-based performance bonus. When Distribution Center productivity goals are achieved, eligible employees can earn an additional $500-$750 quarterly bonus! What You Can Expect This is a fast-paced, physical warehouse role. We move furniture, and we move a lot of it! You'll spend your day on your feet, working alongside your team to safely receive, move, store, pick, and load merchandise. Our day starts at 7:00 AM Monday-Friday . End times vary based on workload and volume. Previous warehouse or forklift experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person who is dependable, works hard, puts safety first, and enjoys being part of a team. What You'll Do Load and unload furniture from semi-trailers. Move, store, pick, and stage merchandise throughout the Distribution Center. Operate warehouse equipment to safely move product. Inspect merchandise and ensure inventory and orders are accurate. Prepare merchandise for shipment, customer pickup, or storage. Help train and support other team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow established safety procedures and proper merchandise-handling practices. Pitch in wherever needed to help the team get the job done. What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Commitment to working safely and handling merchandise with care. Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and staying active throughout the shift. Ability to regularly and safely lift, push, and pull up to 65 lbs. independently, and heavier merchandise with assistance/equipment. Forklift/equipment experience is a plus, but not required. Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (or currently working towards). Basic math. Knowledge of tools and hardware components and product assembly. A valid driver's license is required. Basic computer knowledge is required. POS knowledge desirable.
