Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse distribution, inventory management, and shipping logistics to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining efficient warehouse operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics processes in a collaborative environment. Duties Receive, unload, and properly store incoming shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts while adhering to safety standards. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners, inventory management software, and ERP systems to ensure timely delivery. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management software, conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts. Support shipping and receiving activities by preparing shipments according to trade compliance standards and international trade regulations. Operate warehouse equipment including order pickers, reach trucks, and load/unload trucks efficiently and safely. Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members on warehouse operations such as stocking, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination to optimize workflow. Requirements Prior experience in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs is highly desirable. Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring packages, and processing orders accurately. Ability to operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, reach trucks, RF scanners, and forklift certifications are a plus. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory levels. Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively. Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and order picking processes is advantageous. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently. $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
