Warehouse TechnicianLocation:
North Sioux City, SDReports To:
Senior Production ManagerRoles and ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all aspects of shipping, receiving, organizing, and storing of goods in the warehouseAbility to manage the installation of custom images on several computers simultaneouslyAbility to kit and assemble custom component packages Ability to enroll computer systems into on-line systems for software downloads, update operating systems or firmware updates. Ability to install asset tracking labels or bios configurations to meet customer standardsAbility to work with limited supervision dailyAbility to perform inventory counts and audits as neededAbility to perform data collection and recording to ensure quality standards meet the objectives of the project Qualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDAssociate degree or minimum of two years computer repair experience preferredAbility to operate material handling equipment Forklift Operator Certificate preferredA working knowledge of different computer components to assemble and disassemble a wide variety of computers a mustPreferred SkillsSolid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and work with customers, teams, and management at all levels in a cross-functional environmentExcellent oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss departmental information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding no matter what the level of audienceBasic understanding of shipping and receiving processesCritical thinking and problem solvingExcellent planning and organizational skillsExperience with UPS program and shipping policies
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Sitting for extended periods of time in a climate-controlled office environment.

Must have a positive attitude and be very detail orientedExtended periods of time utilizing hand tools needed to repair computers.
