Overview:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Production Workers to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the manufacturing of wholesale pine fence posts. Duties:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as stacking, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy materials up to 50 lbs
• Operate hand tools and power equipment as required
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete an efficiently ran day

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Previous experience in any production related area is beneficial
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
