Overview:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Production Workers to join our team. If you are a motivated, reliable person who enjoys working with your hands and being part of a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply. Production workers are responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with the manufacturing of wholesale lumber products and wholesale retail products, such as fence posts, moulding, tongue-in-groove pine planking, aluminum deck railing, treated lumber, and wood pellets.

Duties:

• Perform manual labor tasks such as stacking, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy materials up to 50 lbs
• Operate hand tools and power equipment as required
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete an efficiently ran day

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• Previous experience in any production related area is beneficial
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power equipment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
