This role ensures products are accurately picked, packaged, labeled, and shipped on time while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Key responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders according to shipping instructions Prepare shipments by labeling, wrapping, and documenting packages Verify items, quantities, and product codes before shipping Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified) Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory systems Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when needed Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE) Typical and day-to-day functions Review and organize orders for the day Print shipping labels Pick the correct product, quantity, and SKU number Box item(s) to prepare for shipping Pick, pack, and relieve items in the system Place packages in the proper shipping area Report low stock, damaged items, or discrepancies Return unused items to the proper warehouse location Keep packing stations clean and stocked with supplies Organize boxes, labels, tape, and packing materials Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
