McFleeg, Inc. is seeking a motivated Feed Mill Production/Warehouse Team Member. You will work alongside the McFleeg Feed Mill Production Team assisting in daily manufacturing at our production facility. A strong candidate must be customer service focused, reliable, self-motivated, hardworking, communicate effectively and willing to work as a member of a dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Safely maintain and operate feed manufacturing equipment in manner that assures quality production
• Maintain lot number tracking, daily manufacturing paperwork, and maintenance checklist
• Legible handwriting for completing paperwork
• Ability to perform maintenance on facility and feed manufacturing equipment
• Capable of lifting 55-70 lbs., climbing ladders and bins (120 feet plus), bending and twisting
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Ability to load and unload trucks
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform work in dusty environment, adverse weather conditions and temperatures
• Obey all company policies, safety regulations, FDA and State regulatory requirements
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous milling or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• CDL license is preferred, but not required
