Job Summary Join our dynamic fulfillment center team as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. In this vital role, you will operate various warehouse equipment, handle materials safely, and ensure that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. Your proactive approach and commitment to safety will help maintain a smooth warehouse operation, supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our customers. Duties Utilize equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks to move products efficiently within the warehouse. Perform accurate order picking and packing to ensure correct items are prepared for shipment. Load and unload shipments safely using heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Manual over labeling Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming goods against purchase orders and preparing outgoing shipments with proper packaging. Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before dispatching. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following safety procedures, manual handling guidelines, and warehouse distribution protocols. Experience Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is highly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations including order fulfillment, inventory management and shipping & receiving processes Experience in manual handling, heavy lifting, packing, and materials handling equipment operation is advantageous Familiarity with warehouse management and inventory management Basic math skills for counting items and verifying quantities accurately are essential A strong commitment to safety protocol adherence Join us in creating a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact! $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
