This position will be a Weekend Crew 1st shift which is 7:00AM-7:30PM, either Friday through Sunday or Saturday through Monday. This person is responsible for supervising employees and ensuring they fulfill the mission and goals of Techmer PM.

Education/Experience:

Prior experience in industrial or warehousing work environment is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and pass driver's history background check.

Skills/Knowledge/Ability:

• Lead training and execution of practices and procedures.
• Proficient in math skills
• SME for material movement work flows (receiving thru production to shipping).
• Computer/Information system literacy (for inventory management system with scanners).
• Able to climb stairs.
• Able to wear PPE (including respirator).
• Able to lift 55 lbs.
• Able to operate industrial lift trucks and mobile powered platforms.
