[Company Location] About Us We are a clean, climate-controlled fan manufacturing facility seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Weekend General Laborers. This position is responsible for supporting housekeeping, recycling, and general facility maintenance activities to help maintain a safe and organized work environment. Job Responsibilities Collect scrap corrugated material from production areas Transport corrugated material to the baler Operate the baler and load recycled material onto recycling trucks Collect and dispose of general trash from production areas to the dumpster located at the rear of the building Perform general housekeeping and cleanup duties throughout the facility Occasionally operate floor sweeper/scrubber equipment Assist the Maintenance Group with basic tasks as directed Perform other cleanup and general labor duties as assigned Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to safety and housekeeping standards Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required Physical Requirements Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of a 12-hour shift Ability to walk throughout the facility regularly Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed Ability to safely work in a manufacturing environment Work Environment Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility Safety-focused workplace Training provided PPE & Dress Code Requirements ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) shoes are required Additional PPE will be provided by the company Compensation & Benefits $17.50 per hour Consistent weekend schedule Opportunity to work in a clean, comfortable manufacturing environment Supportive team atmosphere Apply today to join our team and help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient manufacturing operation.
