Job Requirements:

We have Operations Support opportunities in Packaging, Material Handling, and Warehousing. Packaging responsibilities include packaging various materials into bags, sacks, or drums for customer orders. Material handling responsibilities include moving various products to be blended and packaged, removing packages of yarn from the spinning machine, handing and changing filtration material on filter presses, moving rolls of pulp and feeding blot rolls, etc. Warehouse responsibilities include receiving packaged products from various departments, managing warehouse inventory, and shipping materials to customers. All crafts have the potential to operate a forklift. 8, 10 and 12-hour shifts, Overtime, Night Shift, Weekends Employees must be able to work independently, have attention to detail, safety top of mind, and the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are encouraged. Reading and writing proficiently, following oral and written directions, communicating effectively, taking notice of all warning labels and signs, work within confined spaces at times. Ability to climb and perform tasks at varied heights along the edges of roofs and follow all safety guidelines. Operator pay rates are $15.00 - $18.00 Doffing pay rates are $17.00 - $21.00
