WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

• KNOXVILLE, TN Looking for a steady Monday-Friday warehouse job with great benefits, weekly pay, and a company that's been around for more than 150 years?

Conklin Metal Industries is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate for our Knoxville branch. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and taking pride in getting the job done right. • Friday Typically 7:30 AM
• 4:30 PM Overtime is available based on workload, so candidates must be willing to work additional hours when needed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a hands-on warehouse position where every day keeps you moving. You'll help make sure our customers and branches receive the right products safely and on time.

Your day may include:

Operating a forklift to move and organize material Pulling, staging, packing, and loading customer orders Loading and unloading trucks Checking incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Organizing inventory throughout the warehouse Completing shipping and receiving paperwork Securing loads according to DOT and Conklin Metal standards Helping maintain accurate inventory Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe Working alongside your team to get orders out accurately and efficiently

Important:

While forklift experience is required, this is not a forklift-only position. You'll be on your feet, handling material, loading orders, and helping wherever needed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal candidate has: 2+ years of warehouse experience Forklift experience required Forklift certification preferred Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking, or inventory is a plus Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to stand, walk, lift, and stay active throughout the shift Strong attention to detail A safety-first mindset Dependability and a strong work ethic Ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may change with the weather
