Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Exhibit Associate to join our Synergy Krewe. The core of this role is prepping, packing, and shipping trade show exhibits. You'll support our team by organizing materials, managing inventory, and helping ensure smooth project execution in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, organize, and store materials and supplies in an orderly manner Prepare and pack materials for outgoing projects with accuracy and attention to detail Build, prep, and dismantle trade show exhibits Load and unload deliveries, verify inventory, and track shipments Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and storage area Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies or low stock to the supervisor Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification a plus) Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols Organize and manage trade show materials inventory Read diagrams and setup instructions for trade show exhibits Use checklists to ensure all materials are packed and ready Collaborate with the design and implementation team to ensure high-quality installations Communicate promptly and professionally with the Lead team member Qualifications Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic proficiency with Google Workspace and inventory software Forklift certification is a plus Dependable, punctual, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment Compensation Based on experience
