Job Description
Mannon Specialty Foods is a high-volume food manufacturing facility located in Sevierville, TN. Our Warehouse Team Member handles warehouse functions supporting the manufacturing of high quality baked cookie products to customers not only in TN, but across the United States. The company is growing and is looking to add team members. Company Values

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Can communicate satisfactorily in English. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Basic math skills (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, etc.) Takes pride in work with attention to detail Can take direction- driven to complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this position. Applicant must pass a drug test and background check during the pre-employment process. Previous Forklift Experience and Certification preferred.Essential Job Functions:
Working as a team in a fast-paced environment. Repetitiously performing all required tasks. Standing for long hours at a time. Build and record outgoing orders to meet daily standards for productivity and accuracy. Wrapping material loads with a wrapper and making clean the warehouse premises. Record lot codes for tracking purposes. Complete outgoing shipment documents accurately. Evaluate freezer equipment activity and maintain organization. Organize and secure bulk ingredient storage, packaging, and finished product per company plan. Operate standup forklifts and other powered warehouse equipment. Reporting to supervisor regarding any damage to racks, faulty equipment, or any other safety hazard. Complete and monitor temperature logs each day. Maintain best safety practices of equipment and employees operating or near equipment. Performing routine post and pre inspections to ensure suitable working nature or forklift equipment. Maintaining cleanliness and organization at your workstation and area. Arriving on time for your scheduled shifts. All other duties, as assigned.Employee Benefits:
