The ideal Warehouse Specialist is a self-starter who can manage daily workloads, operate wll under pressure and balance priorities in a fast moving work environment. This person will build positive relationships with many different inter-office departments and will work closely with Project Managers to meet client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with Managing client inventory
• Scanning properties in and out of the warehouse
• Prepping exhibit components for shows
• Assembling and Dismantling exhibits in the warehouse
• Maneuvering exhibit components throughout the various departments during refurb
• Inspecting properties for damages, photo documenting properties, and creating written reports for the Project Managers to act on.

Additional requirements and skills:

Must be able to read and understand blueprints and set-up drawings, sketches, or plans for assembling exhibits. Must be able to lift 75lbs on a regular bases. Evaluate assembled exhibit for damage to structure, surfaces, crates, packaging, graphics, wiring, etc. Suggest improvements or upgrades to structure, surfaces, crates, packaging graphics, wiring etc. Track and keep labor hours within estimated hour range Ability to attain forklift certification Able to arrive on time daily and work overtime when needed. Valid driver licenses and reliable transportation. Work in a tandem with the Shop and maintain a flexible attitude supporting company objectives.
