Role Description The General Laborer role at Inco Ag Irrigation is a full-time, hybrid position based in Union City, TN. This role involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation equipment and related agricultural systems. Day-to-day tasks may include loading and unloading materials, assembling and positioning equipment, digging and trenching, performing basic mechanical and electrical support under supervision, and cleaning up job sites. The General Laborer will follow safety procedures, operate equipment, support experienced technicians in troubleshooting, and help ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, collaborating with team members, and maintaining a professional and reliable presence at customer job sites. Qualifications Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working outdoors in varied weather conditions. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for project deadlines and seasonal demands; travel up to two weeks at a time. Preferred or willingness to learn to operate equipment. Attention to safety, ability to follow instructions, and adherence to company and job site safety protocols.
