Role Description The General Laborer role at Inco Ag Irrigation is a full-time, hybrid position based in Union City, TN. This role involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation equipment and related agricultural systems. Day-to-day tasks may include loading and unloading materials, assembling and positioning equipment, digging and trenching, performing basic mechanical and electrical support under supervision, and cleaning up job sites.
