Job Description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Aledo. This role is a mix of standard warehouse work (picking, packing, and shipping) and hands-on product testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
Assemble shipping boxes, accurately pick and pack orders, and prepare items for shipping.
Inventory Management:
Sort, organize, and restock new inventory as it arrives.
Product Testing & Repair:
Test electronics and appliances to ensure they are in working condition. Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on faulty products (training provided).
Facility Upkeep:
Maintain a clean and safe workspace by performing basic duties (e.g., sweeping, wiping down tables, emptying trash bins).
Physical Demands:
Comfortably lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must be able to pass a background check Reliable transportation to work At least 3 months of experience in a warehousing environment Must have attention to detail - this is a detail-oriented job Must be ok with working in the heat from time to time Hours Fixed, consistent hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM) No weekend shifts Seasonal extra hours available from time to time during busy seasons
