Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and be a vital part of our manufacturing and service industry operations! In this energetic role, you will contribute to the production process by performing a variety of physical tasks that support sheet metal production, roof reapairs, yard maintenance, and overall workflow. Your dedication will help ensure safety standards are maintained while supporting efficient service industry practices. Responsibilities Assist production at the sheet metal shop including but not limited to taking orders, organizing material, bending metal and assisting shop foreman as needed. Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, components, and finished products to support production needs Maintain adherence to safety standards in production areas, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Assist roofing departments with repairs and quality assurance as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote a safe working environment Follow detailed instructions to support seamless and timely repairs and production Experience Prior experience in general maintenance and roofing is preferred but not required; training will be provided Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with sheet metal operations and/or roofing repairs is adventagous but not required. Understanding of safety standards in manufacturing environments and PPE use is highly valued Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Strong work ethic with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team This role is paid and offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on skills within a thriving industry. Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
