Warehouse

Position:

Warehouse Helper/Driver Reports to: Warehouse Manager The Warehouse Helper/Driver will assist the Warehouse Manager with maintaining HVAC construction supplies in the warehouse, loading truck, and making deliveries as needed to construction sites throughout DFW area.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and parts Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts Organize and keep warehouse clean, safe, and efficient Pull and stage parts for scheduled jobs and service calls Deliver parts, equipment, and materials to technicians in the field Pick up parts from vendors or supply houses as needed Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Track and document all parts movements and deliveries Assist with returns, warranties, and core exchanges Coordinate with dispatch and technicians to prioritize urgent needs Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance issues

Required Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Texas Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Operate Forklift Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as many items are cumbersome and heavy. Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing. Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Desired qualification:

Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred. Previous experience working in a warehouse environment. Knowledge of HVAC materials and parts.

Walking:

Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another.

Medium Work:

Exerting up to 50 pounds of force frequently. Subject to environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside. Ability to climb ladders in the field.
