This role plays a key part in distributing product, operating primary equipment on site, ensuring efficient warehouse flow, and supporting operational excellence. Perks & Benefits Casual Dress Code Paid Training Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Medical / Dental Insurance $15.10 - $16.20 / Hour Employment Type & Shifts Full Time All Shifts Job Responsibilities Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment. Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment. Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards. Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas. Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances. Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Excellent attendance and dependability Provide heavy industrial services such as manual receiving of trailers at International DC (IDC) locations. Building pallets of large items that require intense physical effort and may involve operation of manual/electric Pallet Jacks and varied forklift equipment. Associate Requirements Background Check Able to Lift 75 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.10 - $16.20 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
